Brand Services Safety Policy
Commitment
Brand Services is committed to the prevention of work-related injury and ill health and the provision of safe and healthy workplaces to protect the health, safety and welfare of its employees and anyone else that may be affected through its organisational activities.
Goals
Our Safety Goals are to:
- comply with
- all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements including safety legislation, codes of practice, compliance codes and Australian Standards,
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety, and
- any other requirements placed upon Brand Services or to which Brand Services subscribes.
- ensure risk management procedures are available, adhered to, and eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks,
- consult and communicate with workers on all aspects of the safety management system,
- promote open, honest, effective and timely safety communication, consultation and coordination with interested parties,
- provide ongoing safety education and training to all our employees,
- ensure incidents are reported investigated and reviewed by management with a view to preventing recurrence,
- provide adequate resources to ensure work health safety is a central part of the organisation,
- ensure effective injury management and rehabilitation is provided to employees, continually improve safety management to facilitate the elimination of work-related injury and illness.
Responsibility
Every member of the Brand Services team is:
- responsible for the communication, enthusiastic promotion, and implementation of this policy, and
- accountable for the achievement of safety outcomes in accordance with this policy.
Communication
This policy will be communicated to employees at induction and be on display at the reception area of the Brand Services office for the information of interested parties (including clients and members of the public).
